Hey 2018! I hope you’re going to be a little less of a rollercoaster than 2017 (who else feels like they got given the equivalent of a cosmic slap last year?
Having said that, last year was a big one for me with some seriously happy moments as well. I made the decision to move literally across the world, and I also bought my first house. I got to visit corners of the world I’ve been dreaming about (which I’ll be sharing soon), and kicked some serious professional goals. I keep reminding myself, how lucky I am!
In just over a week I’ll be on a plane with a one way ticket to London from Sydney (which means I’m currently deep in the throes of a packing panic). I’m stepping out and into the unknown in a few days so I can’t think of a better time to start something new where I can take like minded people (think animal lover, mural fan, art and architecture nerd, colourful coffee cup photographer, flower stalker etc) along with me everyday.
I’m thinking travel (duh), design, with a bit of brand lust/inspiration thrown in…I wish I was a professional jewellery designer (we’ll get to that later).
For now it’s back to packing up a whole house (send help)!
LONDON is calling…the count down is on and I couldn’t be more excited.

I did the polar opposite last year by coming to Sydney from London! I hope you have a great time, I’m sure you will. Oh and thank you for the lovely winter weather here 🙂

Thank you! It’s such a rite of passage for UK/AUS people to move between the two countries isn’t it. You must be loving how early summer has heated up here! I’m melting. Is it crazy that i’m actually looking forward to the icy weather? L

Yeah it seems to be a very popular trip both ways. I’m loving the heat however it did feel strange being in summer over Christmas! I miss the snow that I am seeing in friends Facebook posts a little, maybe your enjoyment of the icy weather won’t last, let’s see :p
